Mervyn has been a director of SBDS since 1985 and has extensive experience in putting together major feasibility studies as well as in project and construction management.
Mariki Terblanche

PrQS MRICS
Mariki Terblanche has been a director since 1987.
Her main focus is luxury housing and contract administration.
She is always interested in the full scope of the building process and has an extensive network of contractors, specialist and suppliers in South Africa and world wide.
Susan Kruger
MRICS
Susan is responsible for the financial management and general administration of SBDS.
She is also a RICS Member and a Green Star Accredited Professional
